1. How were you introduced to CrossFit?
My husband introduced me to CrossFit about a year and a half ago, although at that time it was online programming and then following CrossFit boxes and athletes on Instagram to get an idea of what it was all about.

Single-arm kettlebell overhead lunges, I cannot for the life of me figure out a comfortable way to hold the kettlebell where it doesn’t rub on my wrist or forearm.
3. If you had to make up your own WOD it would be …
Something inverted and gymnasty. 😊

4. Tell us a little about yourself, families, hobbies, job etc.
My husband and I have been married for 8 years this October and we have two really truly great little humans we get to call our kids – Hanley (6) and Brandt (3).
I have the privilege of working at PayneWest Insurance where I work with a team of employee benefits account managers. When not at work we are chasing the kids around or running dinners out to the farm and helping where we can.

Nachos – and chocolate, dark delicious chocolate.
7. What you love about 3 Peaks CrossFit?
The community of people. I can’t express how much I love coming to workout with such amazing box mates. You can’t replicate the environment at Three Peaks, that is what makes it so incredible and I am so blessed to get to experience it.

I can play the bagpipes.
