Strength & Conditioning Camp

  • Times: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
  • Who: ALL SPORTS ATHLETES (Soccer, Volleyball, Football, Swimming, Track), Middle School & High School Age.
  • What: A strength and conditioning programming designed for ALL athletes. Want to build endurance, speed, strength, for the coming season? Our program is designed to increase your overall intensity, strength, flexibility, & explosiveness, using non traditional training methodology to help athletes take their training to the next level, physically as well as mentally. This program is designed for any fitness level, and guaranteed to help athletes prepare for their sport!
  • Details: Entire training programming for 7 weeks (3x/week), Strength and Conditioning coaching and proper technique, importance and tips on proper nutrition as an athlete, Before & After InBody body composition scans, and before and after pictures. Limited slots.
  • Cost: $249 w/t-shirt.
