Workout of the Day
May 18th: Murph. 10 am. Bring a friend (or friends) for a free workout, scalable to any fitness level. Stay for a BBQ potluck after. Join us as we battle through a Hero Workout called “Murph”, named for Lt. Michael P. Murphy, a Navy SEAL killed in action in 2005—CrossFit boxes around the U.S. host a Murph every May honoring this fallen soldier.
The workout: A 1-mile run, followed by 100 pullups, 200 pushups, and 300 unweighted squats, followed by another 1-mile run.
