In it’s true definition CrossFit is “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in it’s practical, everyday life application definition, it’s hands-on fitness at it finest. Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. CrossFit is unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. But, fair warning, once you try it, you may never want to go to the “other gyms” again!
Our Standard OnRamp includes 4 Private Coaching sessions with a coach where we assess your movement, teach you foundations, and technique as well as ease you into what our program is about. Once these sessions are complete, you and your coach can assess which avenue of training is the best fit for you; Group Classes, Private Coaching, or a combo.
Our other option is the GOLD ONRamp and it’s our most popular! Just as in the Standard OnRamp you’ll receive 4 Private Coaching sessions, but you’ll also receive a 5th session with our Nutrition Coach to help get your Nutrition off on the right foot!
It is often said that your fitness level is 20% your activity and 80% the things you put in your mouth. And we don’t disagree. To help you really understand the power of nutrition in your quest to get healthier, we offer both 1-on-1 and Group Nutrition Services.
Our KidFit Program is a fun, active way to teach kids physical, and social skills while building confidence. Children learn foundation movements (squat, push ups, climbing, jumping, gymnastics movements), but more importantly, they continue to learn and build on being able to follow directions, listen, communicate, and work well with others. We bring Fitness to them in a fun, encouraging, yet challenging way.
