I helped advocate for a zoning allowance with the City for 3 Peaks when they were getting going here. It sounded like CrossFit might be fun to try, so I joined. Now I can’t stop!

Sid and I have been married for almost 25 years. We own Madras Sanitary Service (yes, we are white trash). I’m taking classes at OSU Cascades trying to finish up my BS in business administration (better late than never). I love to travel, hike, read, run…and CrossFit!
5. Your proudest accomplishment:
I’m proud of my company, and a lot of what we did during my time with the city (especially building the new city hall), but I think I’m most proud of (and grateful for) my family.
6. Your favorite cheat meal?
I do love a big, buttery, ridiculous pasta meal the night before a race. It just seems right.
7. What you love about 3 Peaks CrossFit?
I love so many things about 3 Peaks! I love being challenged and seeing gains. I love how encouraging everyone is to each other. I love that this is something my husband and I can do together. I love seeing everyone else push their limits, and keep going. So inspiring!
8. Something we might not know about you is?
I’ve visited 30 different countries (and hope to visit many more!)
