I saw people talking about Crossfit on social media so looked it up. I watched some videos and did some reading about it and once I saw that every workout was different and every class was coach led I decided it was just what I was looking for.2. If you never had to do this one movement ever again it would be?
Movement I could do without..pull-ups!! I hate them!
3. If you had to make up your own WOD it would be?
My WOD: For time- 5x’s: 30 KBS 30 box jumps 30 wall balls 30 sit ups 400 m run
4. Tell us a little about yourself, families, hobbies, job etc.
Married for over 15 years to my best friend. Two great kids at home and one out of the house. Have a fun 4 yr old granddaughter. I just left a job after 23 years to start a new career as a Real Estate Agent. I am loving my new job and enjoy meeting so many people. I believe that volunteering is important and do so with Little League and Community Kitchen. My hobbies include bow hunting, baking, hiking and anything my kids are doing.
5. Your proudest accomplishment.
Being a parent. It’s the hardest most rewarding thing in life. Every day is an adventure!!
6. Your favorite cheat meal?
Homemade shrimp fettuccine with garlic bread.
7. What you love about 3 Peaks CrossFit ?
I love being challenged daily. Sometimes it’s mentally but most times it’s physically. I know that no matter what is happening in my life I can leave it at the door and get my sweat on. We all have good days and bad but no matter what everyone encourages each other. Most favorite thing.. if I miss more than one class my coaches check in!
8. Something we might now know about you it?
Something you might not know about me. I know how to sew and enjoy it, very girly I know. Blah!!
