IT’S MAKE A DIFFERENCE MAY!

We have so many things happening in May we wanted to get them all in one section so you can see what’s going on and how you’d like to participate!

  1. BROWN BAG PROGRAM@ the United Methodist Church – Between 4-7 thousand pounds is distributed to our local community and they’re in need of some basic help getting things put together. The dates are Wednesday May 10th & 24th @3pm – 6pm. Go for an hour or so and help as you can. Please sign up at the Box to let us know we’ll have 3 Peaks Peeps there.
  2. COMMUNITY KITCHEN @ United Methodist Church – 3 Peaks is signed up and we need your help! We need help with food donations, cooking, @ servers at the dinner.  The sign up sheet is in the office! With many hands it makes much work light, so if you can help PLEASE let us know!! We’re serving spaghetti, salad and garlic bread. We’ll need to be committed from 5:15pm – 7:15pm.
  3. MURPH MADNESS – Saturday May 20th 9am – 11am we’ll be doing MURPH as a Fundraiser for the Central Oregon Veterans Ranch. Shirts are available but need to be ordered by Friday May 5th to get them back in time for the event! (SEE THIS LINK) You will need to enter your order with your payment info in order for it to go through. (You should receive a confirmation.) We’d LOVE to see a large turnout. Suggested donation is $15-$25. BBQ post WOD. RSVP at the BOX and/or FB.
  4. There are many other things we can additionally do to make a difference for our community. And they’re little things that can have a big impact, so let’s get out there and show some 3 Peaks love to our community!

HOLD POLICY

Month - Month Membership Agreements and Contracted Agreements. You may place your Membership on hold for 4 weeks at a time, up to 3 times per year in a calendar year. There is a $25 hold fee that will be applied to your account each time your account is put on hold. Advanced notice of 7 days before your next billing cycle is required. Memberships automatically reactivate at the end of the hold. All contracted memberships are extended accordingly upon using a hold. Cancellations while under a hold will follow the below cancellation policy and process.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All memberships require a 30 day notice for cancellation. This form will serve as your 30 day written cancellation notice. Upon cancellation you will be charged in full for your final payment, if renewal payment is within 30 days of your invoice billing date. If you choose to cancel while still under a discounted contract period, you will pay the difference between the membership you were on versus the one you should have been on. All payments are nonrefundable. Returning members will be subject to current rates.
