I have 3 children and 2 grandchildren whom I love spending time with. I enjoy cooking, kayaking and CrossFitting.

Waking up everyday.
6. Your favorite cheat meal/food?
Mexican food.
7. What you love about 3 Peaks CrossFit?
New workouts to look forward to everyday. Everyone is so encouraging.
