January 2019 Student Athlete Highlight

We’re excited to announce our first Athlete of the Month for 2019 – Shirelle Thomas! Shirelle always comes to class with a good attitude and determination. We love her smile and are so grateful that she’s part of the 3 Peaks family.

1. How were you introduced to CrossFit?

Visited Third (Coach Claude) and Mel at their box in Redmond. I watched CrossFit on TV, I wanted to try it.

I have 3 children and 2 grandchildren whom I love spending time with. I enjoy cooking, kayaking and CrossFitting.

5. Your proudest accomplishment?

Waking up everyday.

6. Your favorite cheat meal/food?

Mexican food.

7. What you love about 3 Peaks CrossFit?

New workouts to look forward to everyday. Everyone is so encouraging.

8. What’s something we might not know about you?

I don’t like the dark.
